A Moore County man is facing multiple drug trafficking charges after authorities executed a search warrant at a residence in the Eagle Springs area.
Sheriff Ronnie Fields announced the arrest following a search conducted by Moore County Sheriff’s Office detectives on March 28, 2025. According to the MCSO, the operation took place at a home in the 100 block of Mitte Road, where investigators seized 12.3 ounces of cocaine, 13 pounds of marijuana, 233 dosage units of MDMA (ecstasy), drug paraphernalia, two firearms, and more than $6,500 in cash.

Courtney Terell Marsh, 35, of Eagle Springs, was arrested and charged with multiple drug-related offenses, including trafficking in MDMA, trafficking in cocaine, and trafficking in marijuana. He also faces charges for possession with intent to sell and deliver controlled substances, felony drug possession, maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Additionally, Marsh is charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.
Marsh was booked into the Moore County Detention Center under a $750,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court on April 2, 2025.
